After doing some research it seems likely that the '77 (and older) models from Latin America did not have an engine data plate. Any of you have first hand experience?

For whatever it's worth, I changed the glow plugs out my "B" motor (12 volt unit) last month. The numbers on the glow plugs are as follows: 10.5V U7E3.

For those of you who may be interested... Today I'm going to find out a break down of costs for all the different parts (canvas top, frame, optional rear half doors / hinges, etc.). Additionally I'll find out about what colors and window options are available. :cheers:
