Crazy story. The original owner bought this 1967 Stout at some dealership in WA state in 1967, had it 6 years and traded it in at Longview Toyota in Longview WA in 1973. The owner of the dealership ("Toyota Joe" Hutchings") kept it and tucked it away in his shop for almost half a century. He...
That sucks. I'm happy to help if I can. I can use my air miles to fly you out and you can take a road trip back in your new Crusher! I've got a new 2020 with 5k miles on it that the wife just stopped driving and a few Heritage Edition on the ground.
Yup! We're actually the fastest growing Toyota dealership on the west coast since opening in October. Feel free to hit me up if you need anything. I'm Dame's partner and a huge Toyota enthusiast. I've owned more than I can count.
Guys, there are plenty of dealers selling below MSRP on Heritage and non-Heritage Land Cruisers. We never charge over MSRP for anything and we sell Heritage and standard Land Cruisers for closer to invoice than MSRP at Damian Lillard Toyota just outside Portland OR. (Yeah, I've been MIA from...
Looking for a solid driver if anyone is looking to part with their 55. Some body work is ok, but I’d also pay for one that is already done. Upgraded powertrain ok, original powertrain ok. I’m pretty open, as long as it’s not full of cancer. Thanks, guys.
A buddy of mine is about to list all the stuff on craigslist. He's pricing the mirrors at $75 each. I think that's less than half price. If you're interested, I'll have him drop you a message on here.
Got it all done except for the door handles. Should be getting them finished up this week. And still haven't messed around with the center cap for the back wheel/. Here are a few pictures:
I like it a lot better all blacked out. And this plastic is black all the way through so I don't...
Thanks! Yeah, that's what I'm going to do. Cut a hole in the cap and see how much visibillity I get.
All parts are in and the install begins Thursday. Here are part numbers in case anyone wants to order any of these parts. And if anyone is looking for any of these parts in silver, I know where...
Thanks man! I've been checking out your FJC. It's awesome!
This rig is my wife's daily driver though and won't be seeing much more than MAYBE a dirt road or two. I've got a couple rigs that make more sense for me to wheel so I'll leave her rig alone.
Got the lift and tires on. I haven't figure out what I'm going to do with the rear wheel yet. It's mounted, but the center cap star thing isn't on because it blocks the view from the backup cam. Going to have to play around with it and either cut a hole in it, or relocate the camera.
Here are...
I was going to point out that the Rubicon actually comes stock with BF Goodrich KM mud terrains and has for 4 model years...then I realized this thread is so old that it was actually correct when it was written. Nice.
