I always thought that warped rotors were sort of a myth....then i had one. Shook violently when braking down hill sometimes. Also was working the wheel bearing nut loose. Drives so much better now.
Put it up on jack stands at your friend Cameron's house, run in drive to get the miles back on the car, while rubbing your truck with a diaper. I saw a movie about it once.
I am replacing the stock front bumper, after someone backed in to me. Are these mounting tabs supposed to flare out to the side, or did they get bent? I suspect that the truck has previously had a bumper replaced.
they are pretty sturdy, mine are at least. Do not explode into a million pieces like the moonroof trim. There are just some little tabs on the inside that hook over the edge.
Carefully remove the trim pieces on the inside that cover the bolts that hold the glass to the track. I mean carefully. One of mine exploded to 1,000 pieces. Remove the nuts and the shims. Take note of shims. Look at it from above to see if there is a problem with the cables, or the carriers...
I would say more WT than ghetto. Also, those of you that don't enjoy the finer things in life might not appreciate the gold emblem package.:flipoff2:
Finally, your odds of getting a flat just went up 1000%. Which reminds me that my spare doesn't hold air, so why am I carrying it around? wow.
