well.. I have a 92 with a 3fe and stock 4.10 gearing with 33"s and it is drivable and for overlanding/expeditions that size tire will take you anywhere. Having said that and the fact your have the hdt with more power, i would get 35"s.

you can raise the tire carrier under the truck which helps with clearance. There is a thread on here to show how its done. It literally just entails getting larger bolts and some pieces of steel. Works well for me.

all you need is 3 wires and a ground. I am in the process of wiring up a 12k HF winch and will provide some input when i get to the incab control. from what i saw when i took the cover off the relay box, there is 1 wire for in, 1 for out, 12v, and a ground.

50 inches wide fits the roof. It is wider than the top if the roof but it sits within the boundaries of the rain gutters.

Put 28 inch tires in it. Or search for the turbo thread on here, someone added a turbo to the 3fe but I would imagine you could put a v8 vortex in for the same price.
