So i got a bunch of rust i just noticed after washing my car. It runs along the bottom of the rear window under the seal.....whats the best and cheapest way to deal with it? Pull window out, wire brush, prime and repaint? It i also need to replace that seal though. Its coming up too

So i noticed on the first picture, its a LHD, without sifting througb 12 pages, are these available for RHD?
