Working on rebuilding my front axle on the drivers side and can't get the inner axle/birf to seat all the way into the differential. It goes in most of the way but get stuck about 3 or 4 inches short. I removed it with the flat side up on the birf, and slid it in the same way. I don't want to...

I would agree on the bumper upgrades first. #1 threat is usually other drivers and sliders don't help as much with those encounters.
