Sry not trying to divert thread. Can some one explain what the OP is doing and why? What is a fuel cell and how does having one make emissions test a non issue?

yea got the properly bent paperclip in the glove box for pulling codes. was just looking for a cool display. I'll admit it I like cool little boxes that light up with info, even if it may be redundant. Might go the temp gauge route though just to get accurate info on that.
Anyone got a lead on any kind of scan gauge for the 94' would love to be able to mount something on the console or dash that showed what was going with the truck at all times.

Yea I limped home at 10 mph with hazards on and a hand on the gear shift to throw it in park if I had to.. I was able to stop but pedal only moved about .5" and that was with a large amount of force.
Needless to say I had it towed this morning to the shop. Just hope they do a good...
