    Running Hot

I actually had this problem prior to installing the new radiator, I agree that it could be an air pocket. Is it right that the upper radiator hose is getting that hot in a few minutes? Do these motors run off of a directional water pump?

    Running Hot

I just installed a new aluminum radiator, new weber 32/36 carb, and a new water pump. The motor is getting hot quickly, the oil is clean, radiator is full of 50/50 antifreeze/water. The upper radiator hose is getting hot within a few minutes of run time, although the lower hose is cold. Could...

I did replace the main jets with 150's instead of 155's that were in it, if that matters at all.

    38mm Weber Idle Problems

Originally, the FJ wouldn't start unless you dumped fuel into the barrels, I figured out that the pump jets were clogged, after cleaning them, I can get it to start, and as long as I keep my foot in the throttle, or constantly rev it/pump it, it will stay running, although I have absolutely no...

    38mm Weber Stock Settings

I am looking for information regarding the stock screw settings, and jet sizes for a 38mm weber carb. I live in Kansas, altitude is not a factor. Also, any links to a diagram showing locations of each jet and screw identification would be helfpul. Thanks

    Weber 38 DGAS

Any pictures of this, I can't seem to find a diagram showing me this. The diagram shows that they are located under the AP cap on the driver side, and the other being located directly across from it, as if you were to run a nail through there they would be in line.

    Weber 38 DGAS

This carb. is less than a year old, I bought it from Man-a-Fre, the engine falls flat on it's face or completely cuts out upon acceleration. Redline Weber Tech says that it need larger idol jets, here inlies the problem. When you remove the cover for the Accelerator pump, there is nothing...
