Did you reconnect your air flow sensor on the tube from your air filter?
What does the exhaust smell like? Coolant? Head gasket after long trip?
All of your plug wire tightly connected at dizzy?
Check all the simple stuff first.

Does the vehicle have an auto start installed? If so It could be a transponder key issue. Many times installers will tape a transponder key under the dash next to the key cylinder so that it reads a transponder key code.
I would also try another key. The transponder chip in the ignition key...
