From what I understand someone bought the company. I’m actually building a 69’ Series IIA LR 100” with OM606, rebuilt & strengthened R380 gearbox & LT230 TC, Diamond axle Land Cruiser 9.5 housings & FJ80 FF 3rd members. Using FJ80 steering box. :-) So will convert everything to AN fittings.

Just checked Lee Power Steering, they have: 17MM TO -6 LONG POWER STEERING FITTING WITH SEAT FOR TOYOTA PICKUPS & OTHER STEERING GEAR So can get one of these when making new PS lines.

Sounds like the simplest way, didn’t know it was such an unusual size. Does this make it difficult to get new PS hoses made?

So I’m finding out, cork looks like the way to go! Lol

Thanks! Looked on Amazon and online, find 16mm x 1.5mm oil drain plug, not finding anything in 17mm x 1.5 plug. Any suggestions where to look or what to look for? They are just for while have PS box out, won’t be pressurized. Looking for cheap plug. :-)

What is the fitting size of the input & output ports on FJ80 power steering box? I have one out and want to put plugs in it so doesn't drip fluid or get debris in while working on cleaning up exterior. Guessing AN12? Cheers, Allen

Was curious whether a set of 4 bolt high steer arms will fit on TG Six Shooter Knuckles? Trying to figure out where the added width is on Six Shooter knuckles, are they deeper towards the center or is the width on the outside of knuckle? Would stock width tie rods still fit or need to be...

I have an old pair of FJ60 vented rotors here somewhere but can’t find the silly things to measure them. :-/ So have to ask, what’s the diameter & width of FJ60/4Runner rotors? Cheers, Allen

Not looking for exact prices, but any idea roughly what a 93-97 FJ80 rear 3rd member case without gears, just good empty housing go for? Will be building 3rd member with new R&P bearings & air locker, so will just need housing. Wondering what to expect price wise, just general idea. Cheers, Allen

Hey Matt, I need a set of front hubs, the ones that the rotors attach to. Need the version that has couple screws for the rotors to attach to the hubs. If so would need them put in flat rate box, I’m a ways away. Allen

What are the casting numbers and any other identifing marks for the 86’-94’ 4 big piston V6 Toyota OEM pistons? I’m looking for some cores to rebuild, but want to be sure to get OEM castings. Looking for 2 sets of cores in good rebuildable shape if anyone has some. Cheers, Allen
