I measured from the frame to the ground using jackstands at the same location and height on both sides of the frame and everything is even on my truck. I guessing the PO had a spare wheel and tire on a swingout bumper causing it to sag to one side a bit, or maybe the truck is actually heavier...

Those are great! Where did you find them? Can you please update this post with pictures once you install them please? I replaced my rear shackles with stock hight anti inversion shackles (thanks Randy) And that brought the rear end down about an inch.

The truck has the Shackle Reversal kit, pivot point is moved to the front instead of the rear.
