I've been into that switch 4 times. It looks good inside, cleaned all the contacts.

All the lights work, so those grounds are good. I'm wondering if I am missing a ground under the dash?

Here is mine This one was done by a FAB shop in Mountain Home ID and I compleatly bolt on. He did a great job but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the shop.

I did that to a Toyota 8" diff. I was told that part of the problem is that it was set up too loose. We set my next one up with much tighter tolerences and have not had any problems.

Check for spark when it dies. I had a car that cic this to me the ignition modual in the distributor would quit working when it heated up.
