I'm running 2.5" springs with HFS 2.5" shackles and barely clear 33/10.5's on stock wheels when tucked tight. Depending on offset I would think 12.5 's would rub in the rear if uncut.
If memory serves me the JoeT kit in the pic uses a Monte Carlo style caliper with vented rotors. Might consider using the rear kit but wouldn't go to the trouble with possible bracket issues and not changing to fine spline Birfs as mentioned on the front. Mini truck axles are becoming scarce in...

My exact thoughts were how thorough and extensive your rebuild is but yet you used red bearing grease in the center. Agree the red should be used for bearings. My comment was on the birfield and inner ball. I've personally seen red NGLi hi temp grease drip after a year or two with very few miles...
