I just got done with a similar install in my 100 series. Used the new Chins 100ah heated LiPo battery with Victron Solar & DC DC charger. It appears to work great!

Or… build the battery box into the step up under the switches and outlets. I’d need to source the carpeted panels.

Who has pics of the space you gain by removing the dvd player? That battery @xeuxaz linked to is less than 6” wide. I hate ripping into the interior and pulling stuff out, but no one uses the dvd player any more.

If they've been sitting awhile, spiders seem to love to make webs in the air tubes which, no matter how hard you blow them out, you really need a pipe cleaner up in there to clear them. Mud daubers also seem to like to build nests in air tubes...

@hoser I am trying to carefully remember the process of mounting the bumper, but don’t recall cutting. Unless it was perhaps trimming of the frame horn? Is that right? I know you drill to “pin” the bumper but I don’t remember cutting.

I'd go OEM. The cooling system is so important to the engine you don't want anything to go wrong. I got a replacement OEM to go along with my timing belt change, this week.
