I started with a set of 78" Trail gear rock sliders. Bought on sale from Trail gear for $133 to my door.

Used a 1 3/4" bi-metal hole saw I "cut" one in half, thus providing two 38" pieces. I will weld the 8" pieces from the rear bumper build on the fish mouth and end uo with a 40" slider

The other one is going to get sectioned to 60" and then mounted as a rear bumper. Im going to take 8" out of the middle section and then 5" from the two end sections.
