I have been folling your thread on ahc lift and spacers, ordered mine to be disapointed by the quality ( strenght) of these and redesigned my owned based on the same idea. They will be tested in a couple of weeks but i am now thinking of going tough dog or ironman foam cell pro.
I see you went tough dog, ralph i think, what is your feeling of theses, not too hard damping?
By the picture it look like your down travel suffer a lot, have you consider using the front spacers with the TD since the are oem length compressed and extended, At full drop you might have contact with the dust shield which could easilly be temoved.
I know a lcool member fitted a 177mm ( typo, meant 17mm) spacer between the first washer and the bushing to goin max down travel and got 3 or 4 mm space between the dust shield and the A arm.
