@cheFZJesse yes, the knobs are annoying. I am wondering if they will break in a bit and be easier to turn. I am also thinking about just attaching those pieces with magnets and removing the knob.
@bicycleagent003 good question, you might want to email their support for the specific answer. They responded super fast when I had a question. The total weight of the pallet + packaging was 260lbs according to the shipping label.
