has anyone been able to get POR-15 locally? It is not cheap to have it shipped when you order directly from their website

Yes. I think Dad picked it up from the NAPA Auto Paint store (it's on 2nd, but is NOT the main blue building, it's a block or two away). I'll double check the source, but we absolutely have picked up POR15 locally.
We have also ordered it from Eastwood IIRC. Shipping not cheap, but better than from POR, or something like that.

What Dan said. I looked into it awhile ago and I also recall the NAPA body and paint store on 2nd carried it. Like Dan said, not the warehouse, but further south on the west side of 3nd.
