Did y'all see where Jeep was going to start offering a kit to transform TJ's (I think) into pickups. Someone posted info up on Facebook about it. The info was on the Warn site if I remember correctly. I'll see if I can find it. There goes the market Kowboy....

building a pick up truck is my next project! 
...and yes, it'll be a Land Cruiser extended cab.
My 74 will become that! ...An extended cab w/ a short bed or flat bed.
This will be built w/ the intentions of passing it on to my kids to drive.
...and Yes, it will be built Heavy too!... a 3/ton to be exactly, so them boys won't break it EZ!
This is due to the them showing interest on driving my Mall crawler!

That rig's been on alot of websites lately. Like you say ... it's a JK. And it's a solid body vehicle like the Scrambler was ... not a separate bed like a Brute conversion.

I've been driving it some, had the scanner attached, hoping it would f up, so far nothing, ..thinkin' we may send the PCM to the guys what did and see if they can tell us anything........we are still thinking it is a mechanical glitch in the trans .....not computer.
We have to go to Andrea's in the AM to see Lily play soccer, may take it (scanner attached)
with Deb following since it was right there when it took a dump last time.....
...That's just plain pittyful!

Sounds like a plan sir.
Seems to be a factor of distance ... and also shutting it off. She was runnin' like a raped ape until we got to one of them traffic lights in that neck of the woods and I shut 'er down real quick at the red light so the fuel gauge would reset and be accurate. That was all she wrote.
Ran great all the way to Dallas back when I went to scooter school too. Then ran great most of the way back ... until I killed 'er for a fuel stop. That was all she wrote.
Then once she sets for a long time period, she runs great again.
I agree with shootin' the brain back to them Folks in Arkansas. Then if they say it checks out fine, let's tear into the tranny.
