Why is there a hole in my hood? (1 Viewer)

The interior paint of the hood has the same aged look as the aged paint of the firewall.

That hole was to mount the windshield washer outlet. When Toyota went to the washer outlet above the window they put a plug in the hole. I put the outlet for the hood back in and get two streams from the outlet on the upper windshield frame and two from the additional outlet on the hood. I'm not sure where I put that factory hood plug otherwise I would give it to you. You can find the factory outlet for the hood here.

My 79 has two nozzles the one on the hood is not hooked up.
