I'm thinking the year is off, early turn signals and what looks to be a flat hood.
probably worth it in parts tho, wonder if the winch still functions????

I say run new fuel and brake lines, purge and bleed everything... check ignition system, new battery, pour some fuel in the carb bowl and start her up and drive off the property.
