Can't believe we're doing this, but we are selling our Pajero.
We're in a nice condo, underground parking and they just changed the sprinkler system in the parkade over the weekend. Under out strata rules, it has to be 6' or lower and be parked in our assigned stall.
Now my Paj won't fit under there and I can't keep it parked on the street.
Here's the goods:
It has had a lot of work done to it since we brought it over from Japan last year.
-Current 100k mileage (documented mileage and original owner - I'm the 2nd owner).
-2.5" professionally installed body lift ($450)
-Raybestos heavy duty complete brakes upgrade (single to dual piston) in December (calipers, rotors, pads, sliders, brackets) ($1,100)
-Wheel bearings/seals replaced at 98,853km ($180)
-Superwinch manual hubs on the fronts ($160)
-32" Procomp AT's (under 1,200km's) with aluminum rims ($980)
-2 new heavy-duty deep cycle batteries ($280)
-Aftermarket Electric fan ($150)
-Rebuilt 90A alt (bearings/voltage regulator/brushes) ($250)
-Timing done at 72k (belts/waterpump/etc) ($750)
-Nighthawk Blue DOT headlights ($50)
-Turbo Timer ($110)
-K&N air filter upgrade ($85)
-Recent oil/fuel filter change
It has the winter package installed (dual batteries, larger starter and alternator, Greentop glow plugs, LSD, etc..)
Aircared two weeks ago and 100% Gov't inspected/ICBC insured.
It is an exceed model with grey custom cloth upholstery (instead of the cheap leather).
Fully loaded, everything works great (AC blows cold, all electronics are immaculate condition).
Spare set of stock aluminum Pajero rims as well.
LSD rear end / 5.29 gears
Zero rust.
Zero leaks anywhere. I can attest to it by the clean floor in our parking stall.
We have over $4,000 into it since we brought it over and it's been babied and cared for.
I've done my homework and shopped around.
You will not find another Pajero in this condition with documented work done to it as this one.
It needs nothing and will give the next person it goes to a long life providing it's maintained properly (oil changes, etc.)
Asking $10,500.

As an example you can see the stock brakes compared to the heavy duty Raybesto's brake sets.
