My name is john, I've been enjoying FJs for many years. Now have 3 fj 40s and 2 fj 60s...always hav estaid with stock, ...but now we are venturing into new area. We are mateing a 6.6 DURAMAX[2500 HD] and a FJ62, and it is coming along well ,but it's obvious we will need 4" fender flares...does anyone have a suggestion?

my suggestion is to take some pics of what you got done now and share!
There is not any made like that I think that SOR has some that you just cut your fenders and out in place but I am not sure as to how wide it is

I remember someone in AU had fender flare molds and was making some but can't find the thread. Anyone else remember that or am I losing it.

Not to contradict the great RedCruiser, but the last person posting up here with molds for wide fender flares was in Iceland: https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=134457&highlight=Iceland
Yah I think the best bet is going to be importing some from Iceland.... but that said Maybe Gozzard composites in Goderich Ontario can make you up some extended ones from his molds.

I don't think I understand why you need fender flares with a duramax? Are you using the axels too? Pics would be great.
make your own fenders.... fiberglass....
i definatley think you need to post as many pics as possible! even if they dont look impressive, if you have any troubles posting i think someone on here can help ya. sounds like a really cool build!
