I want to get rid of the forward rake on my 80 and have the spring to support an aftermarket front bumper, but no winch. I really don't want to lift it, sits fine for my needs. I rarely, if ever, carry heavy loads.

So I was thinking about OME stock-height springs in the front, leave the stock springs in the rear, and Bilsteins all around. Should level it out and the Blingsteins will help firm up the rear a bit.

Will the suspension be awfully unbalanced or out of whack?
Any other suggestions?

Get a new rear bumper... that should even things out. :D

But really I'm not sure how that setup would ride. In affect you are going to make it firmer in the front than rear which could increase oversteer.

Mr gasket spring spacer up front might work I have also seen some new spacers posted recently....I plan on changing my springs soon with 190k on the clock they are feeling worn...

Actually, it would increase understeer. I know that's what you meant to say. ;)
