I'm sure one of you younger VA boys will know but are completely crystal clear tailights legal in VA? Things that are high on the bling scale such as Mot sells?

You have to have some sort of red reflector on the rear of the vehicle. Most cars integrate this into the rear taillight lense, but others put them on the bumper seperately.

From doing a little bit of research it appears to me that to run cry/clr type lights you have to buy colored bulbs and then its legal. Hope that is the case.
Checked with my son who is a state inspector. As long as they are DOT approved and correct color bulbs you should be O.K.
