Anyone have a source for a reamer for a fj80 tre, or a place to get a saginaw steering arm with the correct 80 tre taper?

You should be able to buy a reamer from the Snap-on truck last time I checked and I believe Marksoffroad.net sells arms already reamed as do probably other vendors.

I searched and can't find much about it or any venders selling the saginaw arms with the 80 tre taper........Marks site must be down, no workie.
Why not just use a GM 1 ton TRE. It has only a slightly larger shank (relative to the 80 series TRE) and will fit the Pitman arm without reaming.

Yep I could do that if it comes down to it , but then I would have a 1 ton tre on one end of the relay rod and an 80 on the other, since the steering arm already has a 80 taper. Not a big deal really but its nice to have everything the same, less parts to carry.
