Hi,

What is the dimension difference (in length) between 1HZ engine/H150 gearbox bellhouse and 3B engine/H55 gearbox bellhouse?

I am planning to fabricate an adaptor plate to mate an 1HZ engine to H55 gearbox, using the 1HZ to H150 bellhousing. I want to determine the thickness of that plate. Any ideas?

I read on one thread here that the difference between a 1HD-T / H151 bellhousing VS. 3B/H55 bellhousing is about 21mm, but in my case I will use the 1HZ/H150..

Are you aware there is a bellhousing that is available from Toyota....brand new?

Hi, yes but it is very expensive to get hold on where I live (1k USD + VAT). I am on a tight budget unfortunately..
