This is the hardware “kit” I created from the installation manual. I’ve omitted the extended fan studs due to using @landtank orange fan clutch.

Edit. Beat to the punch. Excellent links too
Is there a wiring diagram for the installation? I can't wrap my head around how the components all fit together

PPC is correct. Only the TPS and IAC wires need extended about 6”. Or it is possible to unloom and re route them to make reach in stock form.

Make sure to make quality connections here. It’s the only spot that gave me trouble after install when a connection came lose after a couple years.

There are 2 or 3 of these fittings on the throttle body adapter. The first photo is what came with my used SC kit. All are the same size. Looking closely at the photo from the installation guide, one 90° fitting is smaller than the others.

This is a gold mine ! thank you :)
I was able to put together a short wire jumper that prevented me from having to cut open that loom. I’m not sure it’s worth it because I didn’t do it the suggested way but I gave me peace of mind.

I also replaced the supplied 90* metal elbows with some aluminum ones. Much better fit. I don’t remember the diameter but Vibrant cast aluminum 90* elbows provided a much better fit…

Wanting clean injectors for the SC install without the downtime, I picked up a used set to send off to @rcfuelinjection
Just waiting on the rubber insulators to arrive.
No part number available for the electrical connector o ring.

I bought my rig in 2010 with 92000 miles and a TRD super charger that was put on at 50000 with a new head gasket. I see redline almost daily, and I tow occasionally. I now have 258000 on the rig and it still runs fine. Only maintenance on the S C was new front bearings, seal, and oil because the seal was wheeling. I also installed a 2.8" pulley about 5 years ago. Makes a little over 8# of boost. I have lost the drive belt twice due to pulley bearing failures, both times on the trail, so I cleaned up the mess and drove home. No big deal. It drives about like a 3fe rig on the highway. 8# boost is really nothing for the 1fz. The Aussies are turboing these at 20-30# without a rebuild sometimes and they hold up quite well.
I've been thinking about a 2.8 pulley for my TRD SC but I don't have any monitoring in place (AFR, Boost, EGT, etc). Engine was fully rebuilt in 2021 and has 282K on it, 7K after rebuild..

Rock. Hard.
The brake booster vacuum hose is reused with the supercharger. It attaches to a hardline included in the sc kit. The manifold side of the hose was no longer pliable and needed to be replaced.

One of the last hoses I needed arrived today.

Step 1 complete.
While I wait for the Supercharger to be rebuilt I started the install process.
The vin plate covers a bolt hole and needs to be removed.
With a Dremel, I cut a slot to accept the screwdriver.
PRO TIP. Always use the correct size screwdriver. On my first attempt I used a driver that was too small and almost stripped out the slot.
My second attempt was much cleaner as I used a larger driver to remove the “screw”.
Everything else went smoothly.
The bolt hole was clean and easily accepted the bolt.

At the suggestion of someone much smarter than I, I’m deviating from the original supercharger intake design. I’m using a 3” round by 6” long pipe with undercut ends. Combined with 2 silicone 90° elbows, this will eliminate 2 hose clamps.
