Hey everyone
I have the attached bumper kit came with bolt kit & I wonder if it’s fit for FJ40 w/winch or not as the bumper is very identical to the tall bumper ends , does any one know the P/N as I didn’t find at e-catalogues

Yes probably, look at how it’s fit to winch , actually I feel a lot of stress on my brain , who the mather***** think to produce bumper like this ? It’s not even at catalogues

I have never seen that before, however maybe some did it to fit differently?
Typically they are on top of the frame rails above the bumper.
Was this lowered somehow to the bottom of the frame rails?

good idea to lower it down the frame rail

The OEM PTO winch bolts to the top of the bumper on the 40 series. If it didn't it wouldn't align up with the hole in the front frame member for the driveshaft. Possible from a different model like a 70 series.

To me, that appears to be strictly cosmetic, that sheet metal would fold up like paper if there was any stress put on it. Including the hardware you're using to install it. Throw it back in the dumpster fire it came from...

I already saw a few 40 series where people had "doubled" the OEM bumper, making fatter without going to a brush bar.
Could be a version of that adapted for a PTO winch?

the obvious thing it’s aftermarket product where there is no sign of Toyota factory touches , I searched many times flat FJ40 , 55 catalogues but ends up with nothing .

Same setup for my PTO winch and bumper. The hard part is finding the shims for mounting. I made a set for mine.

I’m not sure, but I think I saw in a microfiche once where there was a different bumper setup from Toyota for a factory optional electric winch.
