Mornin!

Installed my foam cell pro, new CVs, diff drop, ucas and lcas, and it shrunk my tires. After reading through multiple posts, wanted to ask for opinions on either 285/75s or 275/70s. Currently running 265/60/18s.

275/70R18 = 33.2
295/70R18 = 34.3
285/75R18 = 34.8

Sizes calc to the above. I added 295 in there b/c that’s a popular option folks run on this thread. It’s what I’ll be going with. I had 285/75R18 on my last vehicle and loved the size, plenty of sidewall. A little extra leaning in the corners. 275/70 is a lot smaller so not sure why you’re comparing large differences in size. What’s the intended use for your truck? I’d go the 295 route if it were my vehicle.

90-10 daily driver to trial. So, 295 seems like the route to go. I was just leery as some posts mention rubbing and trimming in the front. But if these will fit with no issue, that would be great. 34.3 spare fit underneath?

If you want tires that just bolt up without any clearancing and fits in the factory spare location then 275/70’s are it. Any larger will require creativity/effort.

Even with a 2” lift?

I am running 295/70/R18 with my FCP lift. I have a slight rub in the front close to full lock, but nothing major. 285 seems to be the perfect size without rub

Can you send some pics? Is your spare under?
