Lutz Speed controller complete, great product, easy plug and Play.

Once I got it all set I silicone rtv the unit, wrapped it in heat shield and Tessa tap

I'm geared 4:88 on 35's, 17 clicks down did the trick.

What is a speed controller? I usually use the accelerator and brake. But seriously, I don't know what this is and I like gadgets. Zona

This is where I was last weekend, stuffing a rebuilt (thanks to @Bama4door for the rebuild) front locked diff back in, rebuilding the knuckles, and swapping in new brake pads. Discovered driver side caliper needed replacing and waiting on the part and out of town work held up completion until this weekend.

80 is back on all four tires, brakes bled, driveline running smooth after having both diffs rebuilt and swapping in a used t-case.

Two weeks ago @OGBeno were talking about how well engineered the 80 series is and I have finally come to appreciate the 80 after having performed some major work on my Cruiser - engine swap, etc.

It's just a device to correct your speedometer. It plugs inline between the vehicle harness and the speedometer pickup on the transfer case. Fully adjustable and awesome. As @BillyGoatMTB said, it's all plug-and-play - no cutting or splicing.

I switched out some OME 850j/863 springs for the C59-170/171 dobinson equivalent. Installed all new rear suspension rubber, delta panhard lift bracket, rear spring retainers, and did the bear80 adjustable rear panhard rod.

The change in lift measured from center hub to bottom of flare is as follows:
front:
LH 22 3/4” to 23 3/8”
RH 23” to 23 5/8”

Rear
LH 22 3/4” to 24 3/8”
RH 22 7/8” to 24 1/4”

Looks great, but I am curious why you did the pan hard bracket and adjustable panhard?

I was under the impression they both accomplish the same thing, am I missing something?

Thank you. The bracket improves the handling post lift. The adjustment just lets me fine tune the centering the axle if needed.

Some new u-joints on the front.

That's a well loved shop vice right there.
A well loved antique. According to my father it's over a 100 years old. It's a family heirloom but it still works great lol.

Installed the ol’ Air Lift kit on the rear axle. First impressions are like that of adding a beefier sway bar in the rear; it just stays flat while maneuvering.
Future driving will show how durable the air bags are, but I suspect for anyone like me, wanting to carry a s***’o’ton load while camping or adventuring without the need of a lift (because I’m in Flatly-McFlat Florida), this seems like the ticket for keeping the rear end from sagging while maintaining suspension geometry and ride quality. Here is the ol’ stink bug look during the 24 hour, 25 PSI leak test:

Bumped up from 285's to 315's...on the OME 2" lift...

Honestly, glad I did this as I found a leaking oil seal on the driver's side rear axle...ordered a rebuild kit to get that done this coming weekend!
