Are the seal areas on Birfs and axle ok (1 Viewer)

Hi All
I am rebuilding the swivel hubs and I am after advice.. Below are photos of the sealing areas on the Birfs & axles.

Are these still ok to use.. will the seals still work ok ?

You cannot feel any groves etc, just the visible wear marks you can see in the photo .

I agree, those surfaces get polished - if they are properly cared for. They might actually seal better than new. Maybe.
