Hello gentlemen...I'm hoping you can id this part by it's proper name as I may be needing to search for one for my 85 FJ 60. In the diagram it is 78104. Thanks in advance for any help you may provide!

That rod is NLA from Toyota, but you may be able to find a used one by posting in the MUD classifieds.
