It’s a 2020 body, still had the plastic on it in some places. Got it from @LeRoy Cordova took delivery in March of this year. What year model body were you able to source?

Been happy with the one in my 100 series, as most of us know they’re extremely reliable. They just like gas a lot.Very cool. This is a great choice for a motor for these rigs.
Every UZ I've owned (Tundra and a few LS400s/LS430s) has been a champ.

True. timing belt and maybe a starter for preventive maintenance and you're good for 200k.
Hopefully with a few hundred pounds less to lug around it's not too bad? What sort of MPGs are you getting in the 70? I'm sure it pushes that 70 along nicely with the HF2A (assuming full-time?).
Full time is too awesome to take out. I spent all that money to do it on an 80 once and literally could not tell any difference except I often lost traction in wet weather.Yeah you feel the weight difference when accelerating. Haven’t had a chance yet to calculate mpgs. Yes currently full time, considering going part time maybe.

I think I will definitely be keeping her part-time.I'll echo what @wngrog said. Full time is really a great setup and the drivability is so helpful in daily driving. My 1st gen Tundra (with a vLSD) would spin on rainy days if I wasn't careful. I wish that thing had full-time.
Thanks, I appreciate it! I would have to say that your truck was my inspiration for building this one when I first saw it years ago.Great build, looks oe.
One question, where did you get the front gas tank? Local source or imported? I have a modified LRA tank in the rear of mine, but would love to put the front tank in as well.
You mean keeping full-time?I think I will definitely be keeping her part-time.
Ahh, yes, that’s what I meant! Thanks for pointing that out.You mean keeping full-time?
Ok, ok some photos of the frame after the extension, I cut off all the body mounts except the rear cab mounts and also cut out the front crossmember as I planned on using the 79 series front crossmember. Was pretty happy with the cleanliness of the frame, maybe a tiny amount of surface rust, paint was still good just faded.Where are those photos?
I used the engine mounts from the Tundra, since I had a complete parts truck I cut them out and re-used them. Not the best pics of them but they’re there. Thanks for the photos.
Which frame mount did you use for the V8? (I assume the frame mount had to be moved)
