Just working through my setup, and I did just have a distributor sensor go wonky, so verifying other bits.

What are you typically seeing for kPa at idle for the MAP sensor?

Theres a way to set the Tach to less than 20k I havent tried yet.

No, I run an '86 FJ60 electronic dizzy. Timing is at about 10 degrees (+/-) TDC @ 950'.

Back in biz'ness...I must've bumped the distributor a smidge when I was snugging it down. It was off from TDC, so timing was close enough to run but advanced, hence the weird vacuum readings from expected. Still need to put the actual distributor curve in (got waylaid there with the dizzy failure), but looking good again. It does seem to like 9* more than than book 7*base, but not unexpected.

Volts are low since no regulator...hopefully Monday.

To set the tach, just go to the main menu => Monitor => Channel Scaling. I set mine to a max display at 5k with redline at 4k, and a lower limit for the idle at 650.

5k worked better, if you set the max for 4k, the marks go 1, 2, 2, 3, 4
