Have you double checked you have the sleeve, washers, and cushions in and installed in the correct order?
Yes I verified it before I installed it. Use the setup provided in the install directions.

im thinking it could be the bolt. I won’t get to verify it until after work today.
Are we talking about the top nut or bottom mount bolt? There isn't any bolt on top.

Went back and decided to tighten it one more time. This time I made sure the top was nice and tugged before I turn the nut. Sure enough this weekend this time I did not experience the issue. Both rear shocks are now tight.

thanks for the responses!

now waiting for wheels and tires to get here.

Good work! Glad you have it squared away.

Finally got my setup installed and aligned.

5th perch
285/70/17 method 314 0-offset
Ome UPC
ome 2722 springs

Like everyone says it’s more controlled. No more nose dive.

With the rear 2722 springs I can feel the stiffness when going over bumps in the back. Stiffer than the front. This is without any loads in the back.

Looks awesome. Could you take a front shot that shows where the tire lines up with the fender? Curious with the 0 offset. Huge fan of those wheels.

Definitely pokes out a bit, but not as much as I thought it would. Thanks

Since adding dissent front and rear bumper and a winch, I must say this 6112 /5160 feels really plush. I did experience nose dive while braking again when on the 5th perch up front, but I have since movies the 6th perch and it's perfect now. I also switched from 285/65 to 35/12..5 ko2's, but I am running the same tire pressure at 40 psi

What are you running for rear springs?

So what springs did you do up front?

What spring compressor is that?

How was it fitting 35s?

@Supra88 icon vehicle dynamics rear progressive coils
I am similarly running OME progressives in rear and note that when fully loaded (roof box, rear cargo to the ceiling, 4 bikes, 5 humans) it is super plush... I had to add air in the tires and in the rear bags as it became more “squishy” than I prefer at highway speed.

@FerrisBueller

@04UZJ100 not too bad. A little bit of trimming. Little power loss, but not enough to matter. We will see what MPG is like after 2k of driving this next week to Moab, ouray and back.

I think a quick tutorial on ride height adjustment without removing parts is merited…
Nice rig!
You know. That was the plan and kind of worked, but it ended up tweaking the top hat alignment with the coils and the shock body was rubbing the coil on the mid section. I ended Up pulling it out anyways to fix / do it over again. after the fact a day later 🤦🏽‍♂️ .
