My drivers side locking hub continues to move itself to the locking position when driving. These locking hubs look like they’re ‘Aisin’, however the Aisin branding is not on them anywhere.

Can anyone recommend an upgraded new replacement?

This tack weld doesn't look normal..
Not sure why that was done.

These would be a OEM hub.

Warn would be the best aftermarket choice.
 
I replace some old Warn Auto Hubs on a 79 axle with new Warn Hubs. I had a hard time locating the OEM long body hubs. If you have a 76 axle you probably need the long body OEM hubs. Used 76 - 79 if I remember correctly.
 
Thanks @Shark56. My truck is from Colombia so it had stock front drum brakes and what appears to be a fine spline short axel from later FJ40s.
