Wanted Rear bumper with tire carrier (1 Viewer)

Looking for rear bumper for 97 80 series. Prefer the communist state of WA for ease of pick up. Open to suggestions that don't cost a fortune. Is metal scarce these days? I know there are a lot of options out there but I really don't want to get $3k into a fkn bumper.

Northwest Trail Innovations builds a nice kit and they are somewhat local to you. And the price of steel has gone way up since the fall. In Idaho it was like a 40% jump.
