Charcoal canister connection (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know where the line off the bottom of the charcoal canister goes? I can’t find anything online or in the manual.

It gets stuck through the hole in the frame near it. That pipe is a vent and raw liquid fuel drain when the gas tank gets overfilled and liquid fuel gets pushed into the vapor lines
