There are several threads going on with different titles and various states of information. I thought I start another one with a good title so it can be found easier in the future. Hopefully, I'm not duplicating something, but you get what you pay for.
I did find (the hard way) the Toyota parts diagram lists the incorrect clamps for the upper heater tee hoses. Correct parts are listed.

The rear oil cooler hose is a particular SOB. Just plan on cutting it after you get the clamp off. I spent more time on that one hose than the rest of the system combined. I did choose to NOT do the lower rear heater hoses. They look perfect and I chose to leave well enough alone. They do not look hard to change.

Partsouq is by far the best place to get these, although they seem to have a hard time keeping the main radiator hose clips in stock.

I'm fairly certain this is everything. I ended up getting parts from a few sources, unfortunately. Your mileage may vary, check the prospectus before investing, past results are not indicative of future returns...

Couple of things that look different from my list, and looking back at the parts diagram I think I understand why.

1. 87245-6A060 and 87245-6A180 are both listed as HOSE, HEATER WATER, OUTLET A. The difference is the former is "UZJ100" and the latter is "UJZ100 W(REAR HEATER)"

2. Likewise, 87245-6A070 and 87245-6A220 are both listed as HOSE, HEATER WATER, INLET A. Again, the former is "UJZ100" and the latter is "UJZ100 W(REAR HEATER)"

Looking at your list I see 87245-6A180 (from point 1 above), but neither of the latter (from point 2 above). If you hover on the parts diagram, it highlights the pairs in gray and if you click on the parts diagram it asks you to choose rear heat or not. If you bought 6A180 (LC w/rear heat) then you would buy 6A220 as well.

3. I'd add if you're replacing all of the hoses and thermostat, might as well throw a $12 radiator cap on there as well.

4. What I think you've helped me uncover is the Heater T Diagram (one of the "8716:HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING - WATER PIPING" on PartSouq), if you hover over the clips on the list in PartSouq, only highlights 4 of them. But there are 6 hoses in the diagram, so there obviously should be 12 clips... so that's where the 96136-42501 for Upper T hoses (x8) and 96136-52101 for Lower T Hoses (x4) comes from on your list.

5. All in, I'm counting 17 total hoses, therefore 34 clips/clamps, plus 2 Heater Ts, Thermostat w/gasket, Radiator cap, and I'm throwing in the reservoir cap assembly (comes with the 2 hoses and clips for ~$17) and that's everything.

6. As has been mentioned in other threads, useful to get the hoses disconnected to look for pitting in the aluminum of the water inlet and by-passes so you can order all at once... if you can afford to have the Cruiser sitting for a while, or, at worse reconnect and refill system to run for a week while parts come in.

Good catch. I had a cut and paste error. Added two hoses and a radiator cap to the original list.

I'm also doing 16405-50020 (cap sub-assembly -- includes the 2 hoses and 2 clips and a new cap) because it's $17.35 vs just one of the hoses. Personal preference.
Otherwise looks good!

I ordered a new overflow tank assembly, which includes the cap expansion hose and two clips. 16470-50100

I just recently ordered as much of this as I could find (including the heater hose kit on Wit's End), but it looks like I missed a few hoses!

And beware, its likely the Wit's End kit does not have the correct clamps for the four top "T" hoses.

I had wondered about that as it seemed to contradict what I saw in other threads. Thanks.
