Looking for any info on keeping this old girl on the road affordably and connecting with other owners especially in Atlantic Canada.

This is the very best place for info on keeping the old girl on the road. Affordably? That's a matter of perspective. Parts are expensive for these rigs. Though they're durable, a lot of parts will be worn out at 260k miles. Best learn to turn a wrench!

Yes I do some wrenching. Hoping to find parts , gain some valuable knowledge and maybe find alternatives to things I am reading about like $2500 master cylinders.

Bad news is a new master cylinder really does cost upwards of $2500! The good news is that if you need one, you may be able to rebuild yours cheaply using instructions on this forum!
