2F.... You might reach out to Trollhole and see if its work they are able to take on. They are near Greenville SC

But if you have the engine out already its not a lot of work to strip it down and have a local machine shop do the work...namely cleaning up the deck, inspect, bore, and hone most likely. Also probably a good cleaning. The rest is reassembly.
