Looking great!
@TonyP - I love that Porsche colour (if I ever get the MK8 GTI, that's the look), but I'm not sure it's "right" for a Troopy. I like the suggestion above of painting it white/taupe (a "standard" colour) and wrapping it if you decide to go another colour. That being said, I'm really happy with my 058 Troopy, doesn't bother me one bit.

Very rewarding to finally stand next to it and admire it. That and they came together well, it’s been off the chassis for over a year and has had so much body work done to it.

Aren't tires sticking out seven inches past the body is all the rage on the 'gram? Yeti and Snow Peak sponsorship here I come.

Yup, I think it's the way to go for what I have planned.

So the current parts tally will be: 105, 100, 80, 81, 79, 78, 76, 75.
Possibly 73/4 too, I can't remember.

You named it well. 🤙

We're also thinking of tossing in another brace near the rear frame side LCA mounts to stiffen her up bit more.

If you look at the frame pics, the only support between the very front and the rear suspension/spring-perch/thing assembly is the trans x-member which is just bolted in. Since it was extended 5 inches, it could possibly get floppy in the twisty bits and warp/crack the body. Since this will more than likely hit Moab (nothing more than Poison Spider or Hells type stuff), twisty bits are going to happen.

Good thing we painted it vs powder coat and better yet we got the paint code. 😉
