I’ve been told that a dog’s intelligence can be judged by how long they will allow something to cover their head. I’m worried about this one. It’s been :30 minutes.

Sometimes humanity just sucks.
My daughter is fostering this small beagle that had been hit by a car and left

in the road (yes the s***head that hit him just drove off).
The rescue shelter is currently doing a fund raiser so the dog can have surgery to correct some rather serious issues.
