Just curious if anyone is using an aftermarket window seal/window channel on their FJ40? Anyone using anything generic that works well?

I'm looking for something black, subtle, and reliable...

A buddy of mine used 80-series window channel runs. Might be worth grabbing one at a junkyard and experimenting with it.

I've tried the generic route and have never been happy with it. It's ok, but you specifically said "works well" so I don't think that is the case. But in a pinch, sure it will work.

81 Fj40 with fibreglass doors so factory doesn't quite fit which is why I'm looking for something else that's moldable/flexible that I can make work...
