Also don't overfill the expansion tank. When the engine is cold fill it above the low mark but not by much, so there's room for expansion.

So far, I've put a new O'Reilly radiator cap on today, haven't seen any gurgling yet. I'll run it some more tomorrow and see how she does.

I still have the new OEM radiator cap coming from Toyota, as well as T-Stat and ring, just in case.

O'Reilly radiator cap was still working, is now a spare, since I got my Toyota radiator cap today.

I'll hold off and keep my Toyota T-stat and O ring, in case I need them for future.
