Scrap yard or the dealer. If you need OEM genuine one. There some metal ones for the off-road use, but I can't help with these

Bolt P/N: 90119-08862
Any M8-1.25 with large washer (not flange) and some anti-corrosion coating should work

I was thinking to have the fasterners flushed at the same level as the splash guard so their heads doesn't scratch the frame ( another rust spot potential).

Would rivets do the job? What fasteners did you use?

I tentatively glued the parts with epoxy, but this will not hold probably.
I used stainless 10/24 screws and nylocks. They really aren't very apparent once I sprayed undercoating on them. Rivets would probably work fine.

I took inspiration from this thread - many thanks!

Just finished everything and put it back.

I used zinked thin plate on both sides (inside and out) and the bolt goes through it,

It is NOT pretty but should do the job.

By the way, anyone has a picture of correct arrangement of 2 splash guards (engine and gearbox) - I need to see which one goes on the top of the other
