With - no doubt in my mind.

Sharp looking car. And the wheel bling makes it more better.

And 7.00 15 tires. Its all good.

I like the caps. The 7x15's do not offer the rubber overdrive of 33x10.5's ( You could cruise the interstate at 75). Either way, you won't be passing much. Also they are stiff. I had some on the front of my Baja Bug and ran them at 12 psi. You couldn't tell by looking. They corner well in the loose stuff.
 
Extremely retro and hideous at the same time . Since the FJ60 never was sold with those wankin caps - I say no.
It looks like it's trying to be an old Jeep Grand Wagoneer
I still have the original set of ome chrome rims that came on it..,THOSE were hideous. They came off long ago...

Had been running some grey slotted steel rims w teq center caps and decided on a change. I can run these new ones with or without the caps. Both ways look better than the other two alternatives...
