Looking for recommendations on the best way to clean up and refresh the trim...looking pretty dingy. Looks like this around all the windows.

Do you have an orbital buffer? Start with a medium compound, then polish. I know - sounds counter-intuitive.

Yes, but probably need to get a smaller one. The one I have is pretty large.
I did my 100 with a 6" buffer. Only tight spot I remember was behind the side view mirrors.
