Another rounded transfer case bolt thread (1 Viewer)

Did you ever try grabbing it with some sort of pliers, vise grips, etc? It really looks like a pipe wrench would have done the trick pretty good as well.

Tried the pipe wrench a few days ago but the ones I have are probably way too clumsy for it, I never felt like it was gripping. I bought some vise grips this morning in case the grounded down socket didn’t work but I didn’t have to use them.

Yeah I have a small 8" pipe wrench that I think would have done the trick. I think the 10" Knipex Cobra's would have gotten it too.
